Ayten Mutlu Saray is not so much interested in telling stories as such. She works with an essaistic approach to personal perception. In 2002, her 35mm feature film 'La Mort en Exil' was selected for the Cannes and Locarno film festivals and earned her a nomination for the Prix Europa in Berlin.
