C.B. Yi´s the debut film, wins in Saarbrücken 
the prizes BEST FEATURE FILM,
BEST SCREENPLAY (FRITZ RAFF SCREENPLAY PRIZE)
and the PRIZE OF THE ECOUMENIC JURY!

The jury for the main prize praises MONEYBOYS as an "existential, queer and at the same time universal film about love that doesn't pursue political meaning, but creates it." In their laudation, the jury for the Screenplay Award emphasises C.B. Yi's sensitivity and the narrative in "highly concentrated images and subtly formulated scenes". After its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival, Stefan Jäger's new film can now also be seen in Austria from 23. December.

Stefan Neuberger wurde für seine Arbeit am Dokumentarfilm In der Kaserne (Regie: Katharina Copony) für den 30. Deutschen Kamerapreis  nominiert.

Die Preisträger werden Ende Mai bekanntgegeben.

Wir freuen uns sehr und sind sehr stolz darauf, dass Hubert Sauper für seinen Dokumentarfilm Epicentro, der von KGP Filmproduktion, Little Magnet Films und Groupe 2 produziert wurde, den Großen Preis der World Cinema Jury in Sundance erhalten hat.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle, die an der Entstehung dieses Films beteiligt waren, und ein herzliches Dankeschön!!!

Wir freuen uns, dass Gabriele Kranzelbinder mit dem APA World Excellence Award im Rahmen des 23. Internationalen Dokumentarfilmfestivals Ji.hlava ausgezeichnet wurde. Dieser Preis wurde vom tschechischen Produzent_innenverband erstmals verliehen, um besondere Leistungen von Produzent_innen im künstlerischen Dokumentarfilm zu würdigen.

Wir freuen uns sehr, zwei Filme der KGP auf der Diagonale 2019 zu präsentieren. In der Kaserne, der neue Film von Katharina Copony wird seine Weltpremiere am 22. März in Graz feiern.

Ebenfalls am 22. März läuft Introduzione All’oscuro, Gastón Solnickis filmischer Essay über seinen verstorbenen Freund Hans Hurch.
